+`scripts/backfill_sources.py` previews the current baseline without writing data.
+`--execute` creates or resumes `/docker/gitea/dev/AlphaPulse/backfill-20250101/state.json`;
+`--once` runs one eligible pass. The frozen start is 2025-01-01 Asia/Shanghai.
