eezd	39675fe46b	Fix official news retries, date boundaries and collection status ... Bound document retries across realtime and history lanes, preserve safe completed reads on failed rounds, and retain unresolved gaps. Honor the longest access-block cooldown and measure retries from the actual failure time. Filter dated official listings at the collection boundary, handle empty Federal Register days, and distinguish active rounds from waiting or failed processes in the console. Add captured-response regressions and isolated checkpoint validation.	2026-11-05 11:22:46 +08:00
eezd	80665905e5	Fix official policy selection and persistent attachment gaps ... Read the OFAC action body and use focused macro policy phrases, including national budgets, appropriations and reserve policies. Keep unknown image text as an explicit gap instead of treating it as complete or irrelevant.\n\nPreserve meeting attachment retries and derive pending/exhausted document counts from saved source cursors. Cover real selection negatives, positive macro boundaries and attachment failures with isolated regressions.	2026-11-04 23:39:29 +08:00
eezd	328f1e91a1	Respect Fed release dates and policy document layouts ... Filter discovery links against both realtime and historical date boundaries, keep date-only cutoff days, and use the official calendar release date for FOMC minutes. Parse implementation note and projection headings and replay real Fed discovery and policy bodies without external I/O.	2026-11-04 22:39:56 +08:00
eezd	cd7a314503	Fix Fed speech archive discovery path ... Use the official singular speech directory and replay all eight captured Fed discovery responses to catch invalid archive URLs and article discovery failures.	2026-11-04 22:26:34 +08:00
eezd	89c729092c	Add resumable US policy news collectors and provenance ... Collect official crypto and US policy documents with deterministic screening, full bodies and attachments, bounded retries, and durable history cursors. Preserve publication precision and source identity while keeping new collectors disabled. Add real Congress, GovInfo, DOJ and Federal Register fixtures, offline capture replay, isolated database validation, and rollout instructions. Validate 982 backend tests, frontend checks, and 57 deployment control tests.	2026-11-04 21:41:04 +08:00
